There was some noise from nearby construction work during our stay. Our room faced the parking lot and had windows that were difficult to open.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning, it was perfect to enjoy a romantic escape with my partner. the breakfast had a good variety and the hotel provided robes and slippers which were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the local area for long walks and found some great little cafes.
We experienced issues with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival, it left quite a bad impression.

Lovely hilltop location with stunning views. We had a spacious room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of cold meats, cheeses, salads, and cereals. Despite a few minor cleaning issues, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. It is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Pieniny mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday or hiking trip.

The location of this hotel is great, surrounded by a beautiful park and just a short walk away from local amenities. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and modern, with a great balcony view. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of high-quality dishes.
The room facing the parking lot was noisy, and the windows were warped, limiting ventilation. , the price per night was quite expensive and not justified by the overall standard.

I had a great stay in a hotel located in a beautiful park not far from the city center. the spacious room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. the friendly staff provided an excellent service and a delicious breakfast buffet. I loved the mountain view from my room and appreciated the antique decor in the hallways. the lobby was welcoming, and the location by the main street made exploring the city convenient.
I experienced a minor negative, which was the lack of air conditioning during the hot summer days.

Mind-blowing experience! From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the friendly receptionist who went above and beyond, to the tranquil location nestled in the park away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness of the well-maintained corridors and rooms was jaw-dropping, with access to balconies on the 1st floor to relax and enjoy the surrounding park. The wide selection of breakfast food, along with hot coffee from the coffee machine, was super! The staff, especially the breakfast ladies, made us feel special by practicing their English-speaking skills. Despite being a busy weekend, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We loved the huge shower in room 102, the biggest in Czech Republic or Poland! The location was fantastic, just a five-minute walk from amazing amenities like a Jazz bar and Cafeteria Helenka. We even got to sip on the famous local spring water filled with minerals. This place is a true gem, a must-see and must-enjoy destination! As a Polish-Canadian, I can't recommend it enough.
